Hello everyone ..what do you guys think which is better for women problem ...ashokarishta or hempushpa. Actually after delivery  feeling little bit week.

Both are ok.and add cap Dexorange  or Syp Dexorange  2tsf after meal. And calcium tablet, and Calcirol D3granules.
