Withdrawal syndrome from prednisolone

I have been taking omnacortil 20(prednisolone) for 1 month for treatment of reactive arthritis as prescribed by my doctor. Now after stopping my medicine at once i think I am having withdrawal syndrome. I am feeling extreme fatigue and lightheadedness. I cannot contact my doctor that prescribed it due to distance problem. What should I do?
