Wisdom tooth coming out since last 10 years, intense pain swelling & some redness near the tooth with too much pain. The teeth is rubbing against the skin of the cheeks

Usually wisdom tooth doesnt have space inside our mouth to erupt. So most of the times it erupts in a wrong position like yours. Better to remove it.
