Regarding Wilson's disease, is it possible that the Wilson's disease patient who is taking medicines for the past fourteen years who marry and bear children and their children  might be carriers and the patient's grandchild might be affected in some way or the other atleast mildly? Because it doesn't affect his/her children directly but his/her grandchildren indirectly.
