Though its unfortunate, how come u  be in just suffering in pain without medical support in such modern era n city too. It may be urinary tract infection so need urine test R & M, if fever plz rush to ur family Dr till then lot's of water n decoction of cumin n coriander seeds or cane juice hope this will sooth feel free to contact
