My Widal test O antigen 1:20 H antigen 1:80 But the dr. Says that u have a little bit typhoid and gives me a tablet for 3 days from yesterday to tomorrow and last night my fever is more than 103°f and now it is 99 so dr. Want to give me a treatment of saline so what should I do now can I go for treatment or wait for ending the dose of tablet Please reply

Widal test is not at all reliable. Diagnosis of fever is made from history of illness and tests advised accordingly. Simply from Widal test it's not wise to advice treatment of fever. If typhoid is the diagnosis then there is no 3days antibiotics treatment. Either you are undergoing wrong counseling or wrong treatment.
