Why my forehead warms several times

When I wake up in the morning my forehead is hot  and after 2- 3 hours it become normal or I have sweating  then it will be normal . In afternoon time and evening time  several times but when I measure it the temperature is 95 - 96 degree but I feel fevery . What should I do ppt Suggest .
