I am suffering with atrial fibrillation and hyperthyroid for 11 months. I am taking dilzium sr 90 mg twice a day, eritel 40 mg twice a day, eliquis 5 mg twice a day for last one year. My bp n pulse remain in normal range during day when I am awake. But pulse and bp increases during sleeping. Dont know why. Can anyone answer? 1:  Why my bp n pulse increases only while sleeping.  Can BP or pulse increase if while sleeping,  if head is rested on hard bed rest corner (without pillow) or if arm is twisted while sleeping as blood flow may reduce. 2. Is there any risk if bp measurement varies between left and right wrist 3. When my bp increases, i feel little muscle pain on left arm and on palm.
