Hello Dr. My age is 17 years When i think about any sexual thought my penis not erect but when i saw any pornography video my penis erect properly. Mere mind me sex thought Nhi aata aur jab mai sochta hu tab bhi penis erect Nhi hota ye problem 7-8 din se ho rahi kya Kaur Please tell me why this happen and what is its solution.
