I have been having chest discomfort for the past few days (4-5). I feel tightness/pressure on the left side of my chest, & sometimes I swear that it’s coming from my heart and I can feel it beating. There’s no sharp pains, just this constast discomfort that won’t go away. I think it’s important to note that I am currently going through some tough moments (grandma is terminally ill and expected to pass at any moment), and I am a 19 year old female. Could this be anxiety related or something more?
