Why does infant cries to do motion

My daugther is 18th months old & she cries very badly to do her motion and her motion is very dry. Is it safe if child does her motion only once in a day.I am using medicine Evict Syrup & Bonnisan for the same as prescribed by doctor but no use. can i use cremaffin plus for the same to cure her problem. Kindly suggest what medicine needs to use.
