Why do get blood in phlegm no cough

Recently I have been experiencing severe weakness, body pain along with blood in phlegm with no cough. I am quite worried due to this. Can it be the signs of cancer? Or perhaps a deadly lung infection? I am 23-years old, a female and I do smoke occasionally. Kindly help me so that I may seek the required treatment in time.
