Actually I have this problem from since 8 years Before that the mark are in light colour now its becoming darkest in colour non I have dout  that whom to consult and which specialist should I show I have show to vascular veins dr they said that to show dermatoligst pls help me to whom to show

It may b stasis eczema if your profession required long standing hours or may b chronic eczema
