There is no any adverse effect of vaccine for person who is underweight. There are many reason for dizziness after workout .. both the does of covid vaccine should be taken with a interval of 12 weeks

We don't have much contraindications for the vaccine Any allergy to previous injectables or previous vaccine dose, pregnancy(not much evidences) , recovery from Covid infection. She can get the vaccine under supervision. Get her BP checked first and Hb status
