What to use to avoid acne and whiteheads and blackheads? My chin and side of nose is filled with whiteheads and nose is filled with blackheads and forehead has bumps. What to do

Whiteheads, Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
