White substance discharge from scrotum

I have been this problem from a while (4-5) months . When i rub My Scrotum ,a white color substance is discharged from scrotum and it has unpleasant smell too. This white color substance often comes in 1-2 days again and again .

If it is outside scrotum only then it is infection. Consult skin and vd specialist who will see its bacterial or fungal and then prescribe medicines.
