I noticed a fine, white thread or strand like growth on my penis a few weeks ago. It forms like a circle around the head of the penis - I am uncircumcised and this growth occurs on the skin, even before I retract the foreskin. I remove this by rubbing my finger on my penis and it comes off like a thread. I have taken some pictures to help you better understand. In addition, I have some painless bumps on my shaft that there not there earlier. Please help in diagnosis!
