Initially it started 2 weeks back with the feeling of something stuck in my throat. when I checked it was a small white stone kind particle. next day when I gargled it fell off. I thought the problem is over but again I found 2-3 small stones now. It is not painful but at times their is irritation that some thing is stuck inside the throat

As per your description..the white particle is food debris deposited in the tonsiller crypts..do gargle with warm saline water.. maintain oral hygiene.. visit an ENT specialist.
