I'm 23 year old. Had last sex 2 years back which was also protected. I'm having these white spots on my penis head from last 1.5 weeks. When I use Dermikem OC ointment, they fade away a lil bit. They do not itch or burn. I dont have fever or any other problem. I have very bad private part hygiene. I masturbate regularly. Please tell me what are theseee. Please reply.
