White spots , may be you are having vitiligo , sometimes intralesional injections may work but it's better to have the opinion of some good dermatologist . We are treating vitiligo for last 17 years with skin grafting and latest Melanocytes cell culture technique. It gives good results but one has to wait for 4-6 months to call it a failure or no result Treatment. If it's not increasing in size you can plan for this at our clinic in DelhI
The treatment of Vitiligo /Leucoderma still remains a challenge for the dermatologist /clinicians /Homeopaths/Ayurvedic Doctors
If vitiligo is stable for 6 months and no new patch is forming we can offer the latest melanocytes cell Suspension technique surgery to the patient which covers almost 10 times the area taken as a graft from donor area.
The advantages are
1.Minimum donor area is needed
2.Colour match with the surrounding skin is better
3. No raised areas in the surgical grafted area as graft is spread in liquid form and not in solid form
4.Better healing as no sutures are done but special dressings are used
5.5-10 times Area can be covered then the area of donor graft
6.Less chances of postoperative infection
We in our clinic follow the international protocol for the treatment where our aim is to stabilise the disease first and later on we work on pigment formation .Vitiligo can be treated well if the patient reports to the doctor as soon as eruption of first white or vitiligo patch. These patches may be single or multiple and may show some pre vitiligo signs and symptoms before they turn into a complete white patch or they may start de novo as a white patch .
Your support for surgery /treatment of vitiligo cannot be overlooked .
