I have white spots on my left hand index figure which ocassionaly itches. I did some googling and am scared that it may be leprosy. Please help me.

Hi Not all the discolored spots are leprosy. Leprosy is caused by a bacteria which is similar to the one which causes tuberculosis. There are some signs & symptoms, by which we, doctors, diagnose the condition. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist, who can analyze & diagnose your real problem & advice Good luck
