White spots on hand

After I took a bath day before and was riding the bike, I noticed small white spots at the back of my hand. Two days later, they have not become any worse but have started burning a bit. I initially thought it was dead skin since Bangalore is really hot these days, but then the slight burning started. The spots are on both my hands. Any help will be appreciated.
