Male 24 , I had white spot on right side of my face when 1 was 14. I treated it and it was gone within 3 months.after one year i got white spot on my left leg knee.it gone itself in 3 years without any treatment. Now i got white spots on both side of my thighs. According to doctor it is vitiligo. Now it is turning little brown.

vitiligo can be controlled with tablets and creams are available which are supposed to be combined with phototherapy that is sunlight. unless we control the immune process which is destroying your melanocytes, the progress will not stop. please call me or send photos using online consult option of your current patches so that i can start treatment for you.
