One year old kid having white spot on face point towards P Alba, which is s symptom of dry skin. Keep applying moisturizer regularly,,it may take months to get normal skin colour back. However,,if its a totally white spot then you need to consult dermatologist to rule out vitiligo,,( Rare though)..
