This is vitiligo, an autoimmune disease where body starts reacting against pigment (colour) producing cells. Treatment needs to be given for halting the progression of white spots and repigmentation of spots. You may consult me in person @ Pannalal Shyam Lal hospital, Kalkagarhi chowk, Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad Tue/ Thurs/Saturday 5:30 - 7 pm (evening)
