I've observed white spot on my both legs 15 20 days before. Now I see it's growing rapidly, because the size of spots has increased in last 15 20 days.

This could b a condition called senile vitiligo. It can spread if not treated. Not contagious. Corroborate with pictures for better understanding of the lesions. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
