White spot inner area of my mouth

2021-10-12 06:07:10
The white spot is visible in the inner layer of mouth just near and above the last molar tooth of my lower jaw. I can feel the white spot  while touching it as it is not smooth and there is no pain or irritation. Just a white spot. I haven't consume any tobacco or anything such in my life. I am attaching a clear photo of it. Please zoom i and suggest me to go to a appropriate dr.
