White dot (not patch)inside mouth feels rough when touched with tongue and on lips (this one is not rough) from 7 month. No pain, left smoking  since then.

If no burning sensation is there n the size is not increasing u can just keep an eye on them without worrying for now... Some people have sebaceous glands in mouth n lips which are absolutely Normal but as u mentioned history of smoking, even if u had left, u should keep a follow up...
