Common Causes of White Patches in Infants (3 months): 1. Post-inflammatory hypopigmentation Most common after healing from eczema, insect bites, or skin irritation. Usually temporary and resolves on its own. 2. Pityriasis Alba (rare but possible) Presents as faint, scaly, pale patches, often in children over 1 year. May be linked to dry skin or mild eczema. What to Do: Home Care (initial management): Use gentle cleansers – no soaps or perfumed products. Apply moisturizer 2–3 times daily Apply  calamine lotion 2- 3 times a day. Avoid scrubbing or overwashing the face. When to See a Doctor: If the patches are spreading or persistent. If there's redness, itching, scaling, or signs of infection.
Health Tips
try home management for a week, if it's not resolving consult a near by doctor.
