White pus filled pimples

I am having this problem of white pus filled pimples on my face, usually in groups one after other, they are not really pimples but pus filled lessions. Some are painful Acc to my research this is probably caused by staph Bacteria, last year i had the same problem and was given minoz od with microdox medicine which solved the problem. Want a solution pls help.

White pus filled lesions on face signifies pimples. The medicine which was given to you last time is an antibiotic for bacteria causing pimples
