I am 25 years old. I have noticed white patches on my both elbows (inside) 3-4 months ago. They are oval in shape and do not seem to fade away. In winter here in Germany, it has increased in the last 3 months. These patches are not itchy, but do get red with exercise or sport. I dont have these spots anywhere else. This discoloration on both inner elbows in disturbing to me. Please help me to get rid of this patches. Thank you
