White patch on Penis

Hi, I have a white patches which seems to spread. The patch is located between the penis head and the skin connecting on the penis. It is in between the two. I feel it itching sometimes and probably often. There is not cut observed. Request your cause and remedy solutions for the same. Kind Regards, Vinod
