Hi Doctor earlier i was having in both the side one side it disappear its own but another side it slightly reduce without any medicine i am worried is it cancerous or anything else.please find the attached pics.

I prefer excisional biopsy (removing it and testing) but you have an option of just stopping habits n keep in close follow up

Sir need to know is your tooth sharp in those areas ? Do you have a history of smoking or tobacco  ? Seems to me as leukoplakia. STOP ALL FORM OF TOBACCO - Dulimas forte ointment - Tab Oxitard - Rexidine M forte gel if  burning sensation . It will take time to heal be patient . Let me know if any other query. Dont worry if you quit all form.of tobacco dont have to worry .

you need to Visit a dentist and get a biopsy done.only after that treatment is possible. For temporary relief from pain if any use the following: Rexidine M forte gel 3 times daily after food Kenacort gel night times before sleeping Use both for ointments for about 2 weeks
