Hi, My husband is having small small lumps around penis base. We want to know if is it some kind of reaction to external lubes used during intercourse or any kind of STDs. In this case, which specialist shall we consult? Also, he has sweating issues for extra reference.

It is molluscum contagiosum,  viral skin disease. It could be sexually Transmiable so, Consult your dermatologist and get rid of it.  It will require only a small procedure to get them removed.
