Hi, I am facing this issue since past 1.5months. Some white paste (might be sperm- understood from smell) comes on the top of my penis in thick form(quantity might be 2-3 drops) without any thoughts of sex every morning mostly and in full day. please help what's the issue, Anything serious or its normal.
