I have IBS constipation problem my gastro doctor suggest becosules twice a day,equirex 2bd, gemsoline( calcium carbonate200mg+ zinc sulphate7.5mg), pan-40 morning,and refer to dermatologist for white hair and recurrent mouth ulcer . and reffer to Dermatogist . He suggest keraboost once a day but I relief taking both becosules twice+keraboost at night. But CALCIUM panthothenate, folic acid already in becosule. So only suggest any good zinc sulphate monohydrate TABLET to take at night with becosules.
