Past few days  I have  white dots in my both hands and shoulders.. Pls advice for treatment.. Any serious issue for this

White spots may be due to various causes if its of short duration may be most commonly due to an infection by fungus. If its long standing might be as a part of few diseases ,do consult a dermatologist as most often its easily treatable and do maintain proper hygiene
