I have small white dots on my stomach from past 7-8 years. But noticed some more after giving birth. I am really scared if it's vitilgo. Is there any cure ? Attaching the pictures

It less likely that it is vitiligo. Tinea can be the cause With in time homeopathic treatment it can be cured. Avoid taking over the counter suggestions in homeopathy. The medicine has to match. Polypharmacy is not recommended.
