  4. White dots on back sides of hands. Done?

White dots on back sides of hands

For the last 3 to 4 months white dots /spots of the size of tip of the needle appear on back side of hands right hand has more but left has  less. These r not raised ,not paining,not itching no problem otherwise. but I have exposure to sun in noon time through out year.left has less exposure to sun .so what do t b done?
