I've started noticing prominent white dots in my under eye and lips, it is kind of a cosmetic concern for me. But more importantly, I want to know if this is why medical problem??

Good afternoon In the picture ,it is looking like milia ..it occurs due to collection of skin debris ...it is not a serious issue but it may cause cosmetic issue ..few creams are available but procedures like laser,  radiofrequency may help u better
