White discharge during 8th week of pregn

I had last periods on 25th August my pregnancy has been confirmed and fetus heart beat is also confirmed and it is 113 beats per minute. From yesterday am getting white discharge like thread and end of the white discharge light brown colour. Yesterday night I had light pain then after that occasionally pain is coming and going. Should I get worried about miscarriage because of discharge, because I dint had the discharge for the past 7 weeks of pregnancy and now 8th week am getting discharge.
