Hi dr, From birth this white spot is three (shown in image ) , but still this area is increasing, pls guide 🙏

Their are many question unasked from you like is their itching in this , is this spreading or localised, how it would started, what treatment have you taken and redness is present in this or not . So, we made clearly diagnosis that it is vitiligo, leucoderma or only tinea means fungal?
