Hello, I've these pimples and white beads forming on my scalp for almost two years and scalp get itchy sometime, my hair started falling with these beads and sebum formation on scalp, same thing happens in my beard (pimples inside beard and itchy beard, also patchy beard)using selsun shampoo there is little relief but pimples and beads still form, hair thinning started from a patch in front left of the hairline and now covers the whole top. How to cure this? my hairline is intact.
