Whistling sound

Sometimes when I breath, there is a whistling sound and many people have said that I breath very heavily. Also, I have always had trouble controlling breathing even in yoga. I loose breath when I climb stairs. Many said it's because I am obese or over weight. However, even when my weight wasn't overweight I had problem with breath. Is there any reason for the same.

Your description fits with asthma. PFT with reversibility will clinch the diagnosis.ics+laba inhalation over prolonged period will give you relief, if asthma is confirmed.
