Dear doctor , while we have sex , when I insert my penis , my wife is satisfying but in 1 min c not having interested and making her vagina so tight , I cant able to satisfy me  because of this I shouting my wife don't be selfish , fighting extend creating more problem , my married life 7 years having 6 year kid .. of this problem I getting more tensed , shouting her ..because of this my love with wife getting destroy .. pls advice me what to do ..

HI GREETINGS Shouting will never improve her.Find out the reason why she is not satisfied. It could be of various reasons like inadequate foreplay,infections causing pain in vagina or any dislike towards you ( heavy weight ,bad smell etc). If she doesnt open up take her to a GYNAECOLOGIST or clinical psychologist HOPE MY ANSWER HELPS YOU REGARDS
