Hello thanks for your approach to us. Certain times when you are anxious / fear you tend to feel heaviness in chest area, palpitations, dryness in mouth, lack of sleep. Few of are common for most of the people. Once the sleep is break, it s natural you might fall asleep after a few minutes later. I wouldn't say that is because of Bp, unless you have any BP issues.
Please try have proper diet, minimum 1hr prior dinner before you go to the sleep.
Try avoid having oil food in night
Try to do relaxation exercises before sleep.
Try to understand the reason for your anxiousness.
