When will the swelling go down?

I had 4 teeth pulled yesterday and my face is horribly swollen and bruised. When will the swelling go down and what can I do to help it?

The swelling (inflammation) will subsided after 48 hrs. Ice pack and eat ice cream will controlled the swelling. After 24 hrs. Warm saline rinses for every 2 hours will help to subside the inflammation. Also take a dexona iv/im will controlled the inflammation and tab. Chymoral Forte three times daily and tab. Flozen AA tds will gave pain relief and swelling.

Swelling will go down slowly . Why 4extractions in one go? Dont foam hot or cold . You can ask your dentist to prescribe some anti imflammatory for you . Dont keep that side of your face on pillow while sleeping . And do some warm salt water gargles.
