When to undergo second covid test

I got fever on August 28 of 99f .recovered from fever very next day. On September 1 and 2nd I lost smell sensation and got back by 4th fully after having vitamin c tablets. Took covid test on 6th Sept got negative in rapid test and positive result on 8th Sept rc ptr test done on 6th. Now I'm not having any symptoms of fever ,cold , head ache body pain etc .but on document I'm positive. When I should undergo second test to confirm I'm negative and fully recovered. Currently taking vita d ,zinc , azee 500mg

Usually as per Govt guidelines...... repeat tests for COVID are not recommended. An isolation of 15 days with no symptoms like fever in last 3 days can be considered as cured case. For few sectors a COVID negative report needs to be furnished.
