When should I get my vaccination?

2021-07-08 06:46:22
2 months ago..I had cough, cold and fever symptoms/issues for about a week or so. I treated myself at home according to the issues and was fine after a week and a half. It's only after that...I got to know that after getting Covid  one needs to wait for three months before getting vaccinated. I was in a spot since I didn't know if I had to get vaccinated. I wasn't sure if it was a viral fever or Covid. I got an antibody test done a couple of days back and it's positive (116.00 AU/ml). Can I still get vaccinated now? Or should I wait for another 1 month. It's been 2 months now. Have been delaying my vaccination because of this... Need some light and help in this. Thank you.

Since your antibodies are present you should wait for another month as per guidelines and follow up for vaccination later.
Next Steps
Continue precautions like mask and sanitation

Hello, Your current antibodies test is positive which means that the symptoms were of a positive COVID infection. So, you should wait for 90 days from recovery to get vaccinated.
