When I stand and walk I feel breathless
When I stand and start walking I feel very uneasy in short of breath. I can not take a further step, When I eat or swallow something the headache starts and pains in the top of the head. Unbearable pain.I don't feel hot and cold feeling much. I can not concentrate on anything for long time. For the last 2 months I can not go out for a walk for this reason . I feel that I am hungry or thirsty but if I intake anything, problem starts. Difficulties in swallowing. So for that Dr recommended gastroscopy, it was done, but the result was showing mild antral acidity and other things normal

All other symptoms aside, I feel your breathlessness needs to be addressed first.
It's very severe. .heart issues need to be ruled out.
